Façade lighting
For architectural facade projects where a standard LED fixture is not sufficient, we can engineer custom-made LED fixtures in consultation with, for example, architects and designers. LED fixtures in facade projects must meet high requirements such as IK and IP values, UV resistance, color temperature (in relation to surrounding lighting), light pollution and heat management. The technical requirements are partly determined on the basis of the weather conditions to which the façade installation is exposed.
Concept to realization
We can translate your wishes and your vision into a fully developed concept. Due to mutual cooperation between Zirqle, MaNima Technologies and LuxaLight, we have all the disciplines in house to supervise the entire process. From the advice and design phase, the development to the realization. During the project we take into account aspects such as project size and relevant environmental factors, etc.
Reliability
For LED installations that are installed in hard-to-reach locations, it is advisable to monitor them. By using real-time monitoring it is possible to control the temperatures and electrical properties of the LED engine. Data and parameters can be read remotely, for example by the MaNima Cloud environment. In extreme weather conditions or vandalism, for example, the system can act autonomously without the intervention of a user to prevent calamities. Adding this utility to the system significantly increases operational reliability.
Service
In the event of malfunctions and/or calamities, the system ensures that a report is sent to the service engineer. The system passes on the technical parameters, so that it can be read remotely where the fault is located and what the fault entails. This way the service engineer knows what caused the malfunction, for example malfunctions in the wiring, in the LED engine, in measurements or other causes.
LED moulding
By casting a LED engine, the IK and IP value of the relevant LED engine is increased. With the right composition of housing and casting resin, a combination of IP68 and IK10 is feasible. For more information about LED moulding click here.
