LED solutions for traffic systems. With the help of our engineers, it is possible to integrate our in-house developed hardware and software into existing traffic systems (VRI). All our LED solutions for infrastructure meet the requirements for traffic systems such as redundancy, real-time monitoring and feedback to a cloud dashboard.
With the help of our engineers it is possible to integrate the developed hardware and software into (existing) systems/ machines.
LED interfaces from MaNima Technologies are suitable for infrastructure applications. Parameters are easy to configure using the MaNima Configurator, MaNima Cloud environment and UDP commands. The MaNima Pollux Industry has a wide range of inputs and outputs, such as analog/ digital contacts, Ethernet, industrial network protocols.
Monitoring
Real-time monitoring using the MaNima Pollux Industry makes it possible to control the temperature and other electrical properties of the LED engine. If the value is too high (or too low), the MaNima Pollux can act autonomously and reduce the value to the set level. The technical properties of a LED engine are determined on the basis of the application:

- (Maximum) mechanical dimensions
- Impact resistance (IK value)

LuxaLight has the technical knowledge in the field of software and hardware engineering that makes it possible to develop a custom-made LED solution when a standard product is not sufficient.

Modular and custom-made LED solutions
For LED solutions in the infrastructure, we have industrial LED Fixtures in the standard product portfolio. An industrial LED fixture offers the following benefits:

Casting LED engines
In order to meet the technical requirements of the LED application, sometimes a choice has to be made for casting the housing. The casting is done with a casting resin suitable for the application. The composition of the casting resin is determined by the application. Click here for more information about LED moulding.
When the housing is provided with a casting resin, it is recommended to monitor the installation. The reason for this is that the housing and the casting resin have different coefficients of expansion (elongation and shrinkage) at high temperatures. There is a chance that the casting resin will delaminate from the housing.
