Aluminum LED-strip profiles

Nowadays there is a wide variety of LED profiles on the market. Each profile has its advantages and applications for which it is used. Profiles are often used in the following applications.

• LED line lighting in interiors, where it is often required that the LED line must be diffuse, so that the LEDs are not visible. The depth of a profile plays an important role in this, the deeper the more diffuse.
•  LED line lighting outside
• Ceilings, in order to illuminate certain accents in a room
• Cove lighting
• Applications where the light should be bundled, the opening angle is often important
• Work lighting (often above a desk or work table)
• Stair lighting, each stair step can be evenly lit across the full width
• Swimming pool and pond edges, simple and durable solution
• for extra cooling, which significantly improves the life of the LEDs
• Floors
• Furniture
• Shop and showroom lighting

In addition to the advantage that the light is spread nicely evenly, another advantage is that the profiles provide cooling for the strip. Cooling extends the life of the LED strip.

Not all products are suitable for use together. The strips with IP68 protection are usually too wide for the profiles. The full range of LuxaLight LED strip profiles is suitable for outdoor use. The accompanying lens hoods are made of polycarbonate and are UV resistant (so do not discolour).
