Dynamic city light
New dynamic LED lighting has been installed in the centre of Roosendaal. The lighting is placed under concrete flower boxes and functions as functional light and mood lighting.
Islands
The entire project is divided into islands and consists of 219 custom-made profiles. Each profile features an RGBW LED engine and silicone extrusion. In total, approximately 600 meters of silicone extrusion have been incorporated into the project. A time switch ensures that the LEDs are only on in the evening and night.
Monitoring / heat management
The LED installation is monitored in real time. The temperature current and voltage are monitored by the MaNima Pollux Module (pwm / monitoring). 36 MaNima Pollux Modules, each with an NTC, have been incorporated in the entire installation. In the event of irregularities or incidents, the system can intervene autonomously to prevent damage. For example, when temperatures are too high, the profiles are dimmed.
Dynamic light effects
The entire installation is controlled by ART-net and is equipped with 576 different channels to create the dynamic lighting effects.
MaNima Cloud
As mentioned before, the installation is divided into islands, each island has its own M2M connection to the MaNima cloud, so that all parameters can be updated to the cloud in real-time.
