Grow LED-strip for plant growth
LuxaLight has developed a completely new type of LED strip for horticulture (plant growth), namely the LuxaLight GROW LED strip.
For a good growth and development of plants, a properly lit environment is important. This strip has special wavelengths of 600 ~ 630 nm (red) and 420 ~ 460 nm (blue), especially for plant growth, but also suitable for medical applications. The color red in horticulture is used to stimulate growth. Blue light can enhance the activity of the chloroplast and thereby improve the photosynthesis of the plant. High power SMD 5730 LEDs have been applied to this LED strip, which in turn provide an extra high light output.
