LED engines 395nm and 405nm for curing with polymerization glue
The 395nm and 405nm LED engines developed by LuxaLight can be used for UV glues/ polymerization glues.
UV curing adhesive
Polymerization glue is glue that hardens (cures) using UV light. This type of adhesive is most commonly used in the glass and plastic processing industry, in the production and bonding of glass or clear acrylic (PMMA). PMMA is better known as acrylic glass and plexiglass. UV curing glue is extremely suitable for making transparent and invisible connections. Because UV light cannot penetrate other materials, this glue can only be used with transparent materials.
LED engines 395nm and 405nm
The PCB of the 395nm and 405nm LED engine is made of aluminum and has a silicone coating (IP64) so that the LED engine can also be used in a humid environment. These LED engines are equipped with an NTC, with which the heat management can be controlled and monitored using the MaNima Pollux Industry.
Industrial fixture
The 395nm and 405nm LED engines are also available as an industrial fixture with heatsink, the length of the fixture can be adjusted to the application. The fixture is standard equipped with a clear or opal lens hood. If the application requires a higher impact resistance (IK classification) or watertightness (IP value), the fixture can be cast (LED moulding) with polyurethane or silicone.
