State of the art LED lines for underground parking

From now on, the parking garage will be optimally illuminated by the use of sustainable and waterproof LED linear lighting, realized by Zirqle.

Even light

The client of the project thought it was extremely important that the LED lighting spread even light in the parking garage. Good illumination of the entrance to the parking garage was crucial in connection with the visibility for motorists.

Durable and water resistant LED

The LED linear lighting had to be installed directly under the open grid roof of the parking garage. The LED lines to be used had to be durable and waterproof, because of the direct contact with the outside environment.

Zirqle opted for Luxalight longlife LED strips to realize the linear lighting. These strips have an extra long lifespan, excellent water resistance and provide a pleasant neutral white LED lighting. The power of the strips is no less than 4000 Kelvin.

Custom LED drivers

Zirqle developed special LED drivers with an extra high power. Need to be able to supply the entire length of the line lighting with constant power and the fluctuations in voltage.

Mood enhancing LED lines

In addition to illuminating the parking garage, the installed linear lighting has an additional function. The light immediately gives atmosphere to “the roof” of the parking garage, a shopping square in Gent.
