UV-A 365nm Aluminum LED Panel Nano Waterproof
This UV-A 365nm aluminum LED board has been developed by LuxaLight's engineering department for curing, curing coatings, adhesives, paints and primers, fiberglass resin composites and other materials.
High power
The LED board is characterized by a high power (277W/m2, see the image below for measurement), accuracy in radiation and the size of 500x500x5mm, which makes it possible to irradiate a large surface.
LED board
The LED board has 1830 pieces of 2835 LEDs, a wattage of 300 Watt and works on 48 Volt. In addition, the LED board also has an aluminum PCB with a nano IP64 waterproof coating. The nano coating increases the dirt and water-repellent properties, slows down degradation and offers durable protection of the LED board. Prevents short circuits, so ideal for electrical applications and electronic systems and promotes safety.
Real time monitoring
With the help of the MaNima Pollux Industry, the heat management is controlled and monitored via the embedded NTC on the LED board. Through real-time monitoring, maximum efficiency of the LED board can be achieved.
