Waterproof LED-strip

Waterproof LED strips are especially for use in damp areas and outdoors, where the LED strip can easily be damaged by impact, touch or a damp environment. Waterproof LED strips are ideal for, for example:

Boats
Cars
Ponds
Aquariums
Bathrooms
Swimming pools
Exterior lighting
Garden lighting, etc
These LED strips basically work the same as the regular indoor LED strips, but have a waterproof jacket. Both the LED strips IP67 and IP68 are suitable for use in wet damp areas. With the IP67, the LED strip is in a hollow silicone sleeve and is water resistant. This strip is therefore highly resistant to water, but it cannot constantly be underwater. With the IP68, the strip is in a hollow silicone sleeve that is filled solid with a transparent filling compound. This strip is fully protected against underwater stay.
