WS2812B LED-strip 144 LEDs per meter incorporated into a LED display

The WS2812B LED-strip is new in our product range. This LED-strip is different than other LED-strips, because in this LED-strip the LEDs are all separately adjustable. This means that in this LED-strip the color and brightness of each LED can be set. If we do this fast enough, it is even possible to make a display with this LED-strip.

We have 2 variants of this LED-strip. This is 60 LEDs per meter and 144 LEDs per meter.  With 144 LEDs per meter the LEDs are just 0.69 cm apart. This makes this LED-strip particularly suitable for a display. We made this ​​at Ledtuning.nl. Below in the video you can see the result. To control this display we used the WS2812 controller, which is also found at Ledtuning.nl. We programmed the controller with several video effects and animated GIFs found on the internet. There are also some logos and pictures programmed.
